A 1.5 million dollar lawsuit against singer Beyonce Knowles and her mum Tina has been dropped by a Manhattan court judge. Greg Walker, CEO of Icon Entertainment had alleged that the Destiny's Child singer, her mother and Wear Me Apparel had paid him a menial brokerage of 110,000 dollars for a 15 million dollars deal for their House of Dereon clothing line, reports New York Post.
However, there was no written contract signed by the parties involved to support the allegations.
Justice Herman dismissed the case saying that there was no proof available to support Walker's claims.
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old will be releasing two albums in 2007. The first album is a re-release of B'Day and the second is an entirely new one.
