After a one month stay, Britney Spears is now out of rehab, in what has been described as a “successful” visit. The singer has also had legal success, by being granted a court injunction, which forbids any British press of printing allegations on the subject of her time in rehabilitation.
Lawyers in the United Kingdom representing Spears have stated that Britney “intends to challenge false allegations that have already been published.”
In the statement that was released, the media injunction was served “so as to assist them in not making the mistake of carrying out such further disclosures if approached by this person.”
It was third time lucky for Spears, as her first two visits to a rehabilitation clinic lasted no longer than 72 hours.
