In Westminster Friday, a judge found "clear and convincing evidence" that actress Sandra Bullock was stalked by a fan.The judge extended a restraining order to keep the Huntington Beach woman away from Bullock for three years. In court Friday, Bullock testified that Marcia Diana Valentine left woven palm fronds in her yard with "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur" on five occasions. According to Bullock, Valentine tossed the object over her gate and also left them in a neighbor's planter.
The order issued by Judge Thomas Borris stated that Valentine was forbidden from coming within 500 yards of the actress, her husband and his three children.
After the woman was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly trying to run down Bullock's husband, Jesse James, in front of their Sunset Beach home last month, Bullock got a temporary restraining order against the fan.
The new order also allows Bullock to record any phone calls they receive from Valentine. Also they can film her, if she violates the order. Currently the alleged stalker, Valentine, remains free on $25,000 bail.
