An attorney for Christie Brinkley's ex-husband says they've been discussing a proposed settlement in their court spat over details of their 2008 divorce.
Brinkley's attorney, Peter Caronia, issued a statement early Tuesday saying a settlement had been reached. That was just hours before the factions were due to face off in a Long Island courtroom.
Later, an attorney for ex-husband Peter Cook, James Winkler, insisted nothing had been set in stone.
Caronia's statement claimed there was an agreement denying Cook's requests — including anger management for the former supermodel.
The dueling exes have accused each other of violating a divorce settlement reached after Cook admitted an affair with a 19-year-old babysitter.
