Eminem's ex-wife Kimberly Mathers was back on the radio criticizing the rapper on Tuesday following their court clash on Monday.
The warring couple came to an agreement to refrain from saying negative things about each other in front of their 11-year-old daughter Hailie Jade in Macomb County Circuit Court in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers III, filed a motion to ban Kimberly from slandering him in public after she discussed their sex life and his penis size on local radio station WKQI-FM last month.
Despite the court rejecting Eminem's request for a total ban on Kimberly's negative comments about him, the pair did agree to stay silent in front of their daughter.
Following the agreement, Kimberly resumed bashing her ex on New York's Hot 97 radio station on Tuesday morning, saying, "How many songs has he done about me?
"How many interviews has he done where he's talking about freedom of speech? I do a couple of interviews and he's crying like a little girl...
"We don't work good together. It's not good for the kids."
The couple divorced for the second time last year--they split after just 82 days of marriage.
