A probate court trial over the estate of author and illustrator Tasha Tudor is getting under way in a Vermont courtroom.
At issue is the will controlling the $2 million estate of Tudor, who died at 92 in 2008. Her adult children are fighting over the will, which left most of her assets to son Seth Tudor and his family.
Tudor, who lived in Marlboro, is known for "Pumpkin Moonshine," ''Corgiville Fair," ''Little Women" and other books.
