Mandy Moore fractured her ankle after jumping off a boat for a magazine shoot. The 22-year-old Pop star/actress Mandy Moore has been hobbling around Hollywood for the past month after fracturing her ankle during a magazine shoot. The singer was injured after jumping from a boat during a cover shoot for June's (07) health and fitness magazine Self.

A spokesperson for Moore tells People magazine, "It happened at the end of February in Mexico. It was for one of the setups for the spread where she had to jump into the water."

The 22 year old has been sporting a cast on her right leg for the past few weeks. Her latest movie Because I Said So just opened and her new album Wild Hope will be released in May. Mandy, who recently split from DJ AM, was slimed on stage at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday night.
