Comedian and former talk show host Wayne Brady got served with divorce papers on Monday. Mandie Brady claims the infamous "irreconcilable difference" as the reason for ending their marriage according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Maile. The couple wed in 1999, but evidently separated in April of last year. Wayne Brady won two Daytime Emmy awards for hosting "The Wayne Brady Show." He has also won an Emmy Award for his performance on the improv comedy game show "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"
